What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
100 pieces per design for hand-stitched or thermo-bonded balls, 50 pieces for sublimated jerseys and team kits, 100 pairs for boxing and MMA gloves, 50 pieces for padel rackets, and 25 pieces for corporate or school orders delivered inside Pakistan. Size and colour breakdowns can be mixed within the same design.
How long do sampling, production and shipping take?
Pre-production samples are ready in 7–12 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production takes 20–35 days depending on category and volume. Transit adds roughly 5–8 days by air, 18–24 days by sea to EU/UK ports, 28–35 days by sea to North America and 22–26 days by rail to Europe.
Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work with?
We quote FOB Karachi, CFR, CIF and fully DDP. Standard commercial terms are 30% advance with the balance against a shipping-document copy or at sight; L/C at sight is accepted for repeat volume programmes. Our EU partner office supports European buyers with invoicing and import formalities.
Can you manufacture fully custom private-label products?
Yes. We build to your tech pack or co-develop specifications — panel construction and bladder type, leather grade, glove padding density, racket carbon layup, fabric GSM and blend. Branding includes sublimation, screen print, embroidery, debossing, woven labels, hang tags and retail-ready packaging with your barcodes.
How do you handle quality control and claims?
Every order passes material verification, an in-line stitching audit, an AQL 2.5 final random inspection and a loading check with container photos. Independent inspections by SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas are welcome. If a verified defect rate exceeds the agreed AQL, we replace the affected quantity in the next production window.
Do you support small first orders and trial programmes?
Yes. New buyers often start with a single-category trial at MOQ level to validate construction, sizing and print quality before committing to a season order. Paid samples are credited against the first bulk invoice.
